‘Top Chef Colorado’ Episode 11 Betting Odds

–’Top Chef Colorado’ is the title of the 15th season of the ‘Top Chef’ franchise.

–The finale of ‘Top Chef Colorado’ was filmed in Aspen during the Food and Wine Classic.

–Episode 10 of ‘Top Chef Colorado’ will air on February 15, 2018 at 10:00 PM Eastern on Bravo

We’re down to the final four on ‘Top Chef’ though that number will soon become five heading into the February 22 Finale. More about that in a moment but we’ll recap Episode 10 first. I won’t characterize the elimination of Bruce Kalman as ‘shocking’ since at this point of the competition there’s never an easy ‘out’ for the judges. Kalman had been the best chef in the second half of the season though for the year as a whole he was middle of the pack with a 0 power rating. Since Episode 5 he had a +4 rating by virtue of a win and three ‘high’ performances. Things turned bad quickly for him–he was one of three ‘low’ rated chefs in Episode Nine and out in Episode Ten.

Carrie Baird remains our favorite to win Season 15 though her competition has tightened up considerably. With the finale set for February 22, the field is just too short to make her a more prohibitive favorite though she’s been very strong in the stretch run with a ‘High’ rating in Week 8, a win in Week 9 and another ‘High’ in Week 10. As noted above, the ‘Final Four’ will soon become the ‘Final Five’ as the winner of ‘Last Chance Kitchen’ rejoins the main competition. That will be either Brother Luck or Joseph Flamm–the ‘LCK’ finale took place on February 8 though the end was booked as a ‘cliffhanger’ with the winner not revealed. The camera cut out just as Tom Colicchio was just about to announce the chef that would return to the main competition so presumably we’ll get that verdict on ‘TC’ Episode 11. The ‘LCK’ winning chef will be added back to my odds markets prior to the finale though I won’t give him a power rating.

Which brings us to the ‘Top Chef Colorado’ power ratings through Week 11. Here’s the points format for the power ratings:

WIN = +2
HIGH = +1
IN = 0
LOW = -1
