GTBets Bonuses

GTBets Bonuses

GTBets is one of a select number of sports betting sites that accepts bets from Americans. GTBets is one of a handful of sites offering a sportsbook, casino, and poker room under one roof, and accepting deposits from US-based customers. In fact, the USA sports betting market seems to be the entire focus of their business.

Because GTBets is focused on American business, you shouldn’t expect a lot of deposit and withdrawal methods, a varied collection of international sports markets, or a ton of language and currency support options. The site makes up for those features with one of the more robust promotional offerings of any US-focused bookmaker.

The site is young, having launched just four years ago, but they’re doing everything they can to interest potential customers. That means decent promo terms and twenty-four hour customer service to help their American clientele make that all important deposit.

The bonuses described below are considered static – they don’t change much in the course of a year of sports seasons. But the offers below are not the only ones available to GTBets customers. To gain access to all offers available to GTBets’ customers, you need to open an account and sign up for the email newsletter.

Rollover Requirements at GTBets

Take note that GTBets tends to use a standard set of terms and conditions for all their bonus offers. Click here for more information on the site’s standard promotional terms and conditions.

I prepared a table based on information from the sites T&C pages showing the rollover requirement for various wagers:

Bet Type Welcome Bonus Rollover Reload Bonus Rollover
Sports 10X 6X
MLB 25X 15X
Horses 6.7X 4X
Slots 25X 15X
Table Games 50X 30X
Video Poker 37.5X 22.5X

You should refer to this table when working out what your rollover requirement will be for the bonuses described below. As far as the quality of the terms – I find 10x/6x to be way too high for sports betting bonuses, and 50x way too high for table games. The other rates seem at least equal to what’s offered at other US-facing all-in-one betting sites.

Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors are eligible for one of two welcome bonuses designed with bettors of all stripes in mind. Regardless of where you want to spend your money – on NFL bets, horse race wagers, slot machines, or any other game at the site – you’ll pick one of these two bonuses for your welcome offer.

1. 100% up to $500

2. 50% up to $500

The minimum deposit for both of these offers is $35, and you can’t use Skrill or Neteller to deposit if you want to take advantage of this offer. Those eWallets have a similar offer available through the site’s customer service department. The only real difference between the two offers is the size of your deposit.

Reload Bonuses

The reload bonus process at GTBets is automated, meaning you don’t have to do anything at all to trigger the bonus. As soon as you make a qualifying reload deposit, you’ll be credited with the bonus. There’s a strange caveat to this bonus that says you must have 25% or less of your previous deposit amount in your account to request a bonus. In other words, you can’t request a reload bonus release until you’ve played through 75% of your most recent deposit. Combine that with the rollover rules, and these bonuses get kind of expensive.

Referral Bonus

If you refer a friend and they make a qualifying deposit, you’ll be eligible for a bonus worth 20% of their initial deposit up to a maximum of $200. The rollover on this bonus is four times the bonus amount, and you must have made a deposit within the past three months to earn referral bonus cash.

Free Points on Your Favorite Teams

GTBets is offering free points on wagers on your “favorite teams,” as selected at the beginning of the season. Head to the site, trigger this bonus, and enter your two favorite pro American sports teams (per sport) and you’ll earn a free half point on all games that team participates in.

Casino Rebate

Casino gamblers are eligible for a 10% loss rebate every Tuesday based on their losses going back to the previous Monday. There are certain conditions on how the site determines what “10%” is, so be sure to click the link below so you understand how they work out the number they actually pay, which is usually way less than a true ten percent of your weekly losses.

Racebook Rebate

This one’s simple – racebook losses are eligible for a 15% monthly rebate. The site determines how much you earn in a rebate through a pretty complex calculation that you’ll find detailed in the link below. Just know that it isn’t a true 15% cut of your actual monthly losses. Any bonus cash or other freebie earned during the month counts against your losses.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, regardless of how you feel about the bonuses described above, GTBets is still a US-facing sportsbook and casino combo site, with poker and other games thrown in for good measure. It will always have a built-in audience of Americans desperate for a legitimate venue for online betting.

That said, I think the bonuses are at least as good as any other offer made to American customers. Deposit and withdrawal issues aside, it’s nice to see an American-facing site offering a decent list of promos for all types of customers, not just high rollers or slots players.

If you live in America and lack a safe venue for sports betting, blackjack bets, or head to head poker, give GTBets a look. They’ve been at this for a few years and they seem genuinely interested in finding new customers and maintaining customer relationships with promotional offers and features like mobile and live betting.
