‘Celebrity Big Brother’ Betting Odds Episode 11

–This is the first season of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ produced for the US market.

–’Big Brother’ is a spin-off of a Dutch TV series of the same name.

–’Celebrity Big Brother’ Episode 11 airs at 8:00 PM Friday, February 23 on CBS TV.

We knew heading in to the debut season of the US version of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ that it would move at a dizzying pace. Even though we knew what we were getting into it has really flown by with just two episodes remaining including the Finale on Sunday. To make things more interesting, Friday night’s show is a ‘double elimination’ episode which will see the the field of 7 remaining contestants cut down to 5.

In Episode 10, former NBA baller Metta World Peace aka Ron Artest essentially ‘tapped out’ and was mercifully eliminated because he ‘missed his wife’. He makes the second contestant this year to essentially withdraw but ‘officially’ get eliminated within the rules. Kind of strange for Metta to be such an emotional sap in light of his NBA career when he wasn’t exactly known for ‘peace and love‘. Then again, it might be a similar dynamic to retired NHL ‘enforcers’. It’s an almost inviolable rule of NHL enforcers that the bigger of a badass a guy was on the ice the bigger of a sweetheart he is in his retirement.

That’s a great transition to Omarosa, the former Donald Trump staffer who has done an impressive ‘face turn’ on the show. She was expected to be the first eliminated but has become a very likable person on the show. She’s been cutting promos on Trump and his insane Vice President Mike Pence all season long but on Episode 10 she told a bizarre story about being charged for snacks on Air Force One. That’s why the United States is such a freakshow–the country has gazillions of dollars with which to kill millions across the Middle East but can’t pick up the tab for some pretzels and a Coke for passengers on Air Force One.
