–This is the 34th season for CBS’s reality show.

–’Survivor’ was one of the early pioneers of the reality TV genre.

–’Survivor: Game Changers—Mamanuca Islands’ Episode 12′ airs on Wednesday, May 10 at 8:00 PM Eastern.

Season 34 of ‘Survivor’, more properly known as ‘‘Survivor: Game Changers—Mamanuca Islands’ is coming down to the wire. Zeke Smith was eliminated in episode 11 by a 5-3-2 vote as a +250 second choice in our ‘To Be Eliminated in Episode 11’ market. He survived Week 10 as a -150 favorite to get the ax but this week Sierra Thomas was the favorite to be booted at -145. Andrea, Aubry, Brad, Sarah and Zeke all won the reward challenge and all at hefty plus money prices once again this week. Setting the prices on the reward challenges has been the most ‘challenging’ part of doing the ‘Survivor: Game Changers’ betting odds. Andrea won immunity as a +250 second choice. No hidden idols were played and no one had to be scratched due to injury. All three of the TV ratings metrics went ‘Over’ as Episode 11 brought in 8.26 million viewers for a 1.8 rating and an 8 share in the key demographic. Weekly rankings are still to be determined but last week’s show finished #4 with similar numbers. Episode 11 narrowly missed being the top rated show for Wednesday, losing by a fraction to Fox TV’s ‘Empire’ which did a 1.9 rating and a 7 share. ‘Empire’ brought in significantly fewer viewers, however, finishing with 5.6 million.

Here’s a rundown of Episode 11 stats.

Here’s a narrative rundown of the Episode 11 storyline in case you want to know all of the ‘soap opera stuff’.

The elimination of Zeke Smith was all but a foregone conclusion and thus there’s not much change in the ‘To Win’ odds. The Week 12 props also have a bit of sanity to them which is a welcome change after the past couple of weeks.
